About the product
The bees gather most of their nectar from the heather that blooms on the moor above the farm in August. The honey turns dark, thick and slightly bitter in the aftertaste – the way real heather honey should be.
Extracted straight from the frame, not filtered or heated – so it may crystallise over time. That is a sign it is real, not a problem.
